Making the appointment was very easy, no calling no waiting times. Confirmation arrived very fast. Service was very good, I received sufficient remainders before the appointment and once at the doctor's office everything was clear.
Overall, I was pleased with the experience. My one comment would be that IME has better communication with the facilities that they use. I was called and emailed multiple times to confirm my appointment but without fail, none of the calls or emails matched. I had to call the facility the confirm the date, time, and location as they had a better grasp of what was going on. Cheers!
