1. They sent me address without the street number. I clicked on the address and GPS took me to the road that was 4 miles away. If you are including the address, make sure it is complete address. Otherwise it is a disservice. List of civil surgeons is available on USCIS website. I came to know after I went through you folks. I discovered that there are 4 civil surgeons closer to my location than the one your website suggested.
My experience was a very wonderful one! Dr. Latania and her staff made me very comfortable. I would recommend them all the time.
